Channels for submitting a request
Granting access to the test or production environment
- The granting of access to the test and production environment to the client is organised in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation of 14 June 2016 No. 374 “Regulations Regarding the State Information Systems’ Integrator”.
- Initially, the client requests access to the test environment, then, after confirming that the testing has been successful, the client requests access to the production environment.

Information to be included in the request*
The following information is required in order to grant the right:
(a) the solution requires State Information Systems’ Integrator shared use solution method of the API-IEM_PMLP-FprisApi service published by the API OCMA (e.g. Query/GetPersonBirthDate)’;
(b) the data exchange identity number agreed by the State Regional Development Agency for this solution (e.g. URN:IVIS: 100001 :EP. DA-DA53-V1-0);
(c) the name of the client application and the client application identifier registered in the “Client Applications” section of the developer portal https://apitest.vraa.gov.lv/devportal/apis or the product portal https://api.viss.qov.lv/devportal/apis;
d) the IP addresses from which the connection to the State Regional Development Agency Shared Solution API will be made.

Fee
Given that the possibility to administer payments made is not provided in the State Regional Development Agency State Information Systems’ Integrator, access to API shall be provided to those data subjects who are exempted from the obligation to pay in accordance with the laws and regulations.
