Channels for submitting a request
Information to be included in the request*
- The amount of data required, as set out in Section 11(1) of the Law on the Register of Natural Persons, the legal basis for the need to receive the data and the purpose of the use of the data;
- Initiation for a contract to build a cross-system solution;
- The name of the client system to which the connection will be made;
- Additional information to be provided in the request if the contract is to be concluded by a legal person.

Conclusion of the contract
- Once the legal basis for cooperation has been established, the OCMA drafts a contract and sends it to the client for approval;
- After mutual agreement, the OCMA and the client conclude a contract;
- If an interdepartmental agreement within the meaning of Section 58 of the State Administration Structure Law is concluded on the use of the PDB, then, in accordance with Section 59(1) of the State Administration Structure Law the interdepartmental agreement must be agreed with the higher authorities before it is signed.
Fee
- he client must pay the state fee in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 2.6 of the Cabinet Regulation of 6 July 2021 No. 485 “Regulations Regarding the State Fee for the Receipt of Information from the Register of Natural Persons”, as well as payment of the fee for services in accordance with the fee items set out in the Cabinet Regulation of 12 September 2023 No. 515 “Price List of Paid Services of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs”;
- If according to the special normative act the client is exempted from payment of the state fee, then only the payment of the fee for services according to the fee items set out in the Cabinet Regulation of 12 September 2023 No. 515 “Price List of Paid Services of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs” shall be applicable to the client;
- If, in relation to co-operation between the OCMA and the client, Section 54(3) of the State Administration Structure Law is applicable, cooperation between the OCMA and the client shall take place free of charge.
Steps after conclusion of the contract
- The client prepares and sends to the OCMA a description of the process steps according to the technical solution of the information under its control, specifying the sequence of data and data sets of the Register of Natural Persons to be processed (defined amount of data required during one process);
- The OCMA shall coordinate the description of the submitted processes in terms of data protection and system analysis and prepare the technical documentation;
- Before the cross-system solution is put into operation, the client shall agree with the OCMA the documentation specified in the contract and agree on the timing of the acceptance tests;
- Upon successful acceptance, the test parties shall enter into a deed of cross-system solution implementation in operation.
