DATA DISSEMINATION AND GOVERNANCE PLATFORM (PLATFORM)
Granting access to the test or production environment
- To be granted access to the Plaform production environment, the client completes an application https://virsis.qov.lv/ selecting the service offered by the Plaform and the attributes (personal data) of the respective service, as well as specifying the grounds of the laws and regulations.
- For testing purposes, a client can request access to the Plaform test environment by completing an application https://test.virsis.qov.lv/.
- Upon receipt of the application, the OCMA assesses the legal basis for cooperation. When the application is found to be correct, the application is accepted by the OCMA and the parties sign an agreement on the exchange of data within the Platform.
Fee
Given that the Plaform is not provided with the possibility to administer the payments made, access shall be granted to data subjects who are exempted from the obligation to pay in accordance with laws and regulations.
