A statement from the Register of Natural Persons on a person’s declared or registered address of residence can be requested from the municipality if the person’s place of residence is in the administrative territory of the municipality.

Latvian diplomatic and consular missions shall issue the information included in the Register of Natural Persons in accordance with their competence. The person may request statementes from the Register of Natural Persons on the place of residence, marital status, passport data and other information included in the Register of Natural Persons.
