av-inherit-border-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>To receive the EU Multilingual Standard Form, when requesting a statement from the Register of Natural Persons on marital status, residence address (current address of the declared place of residence, registered place of residence, or the address of the place of residence indicated by the person, or a indicated residence address in a foreign country, plus an additional address if applicable), the fact of birth or death, marriage, it is necessary to indicate in the application a request for the Multilingual Standard Form.
