HOME STATEMENT HOW TO SUBMIT RECEIVING

  • Electronically, sent to an electronic mail address (e-mail), subject to data protection requirements;

  • In paper form by registered post to the declared, registered or indicated address of residence indicated in the request or indicated in the Register of Natural Persons.*

* A service fee shall be charged for sending a statement by post in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation of 12 September 2023 No. 515 “Price List of Paid Services of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs”, Annex, Paragraph 12 ;

The amount of the state fee for receiving information from the Register of Natural Persons in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation of 6 July 2021 No. 485 “Regulations Regarding the State Fee for the Receipt of Information from the Register of Natural Persons” shall be determined upon receipt of a request. The amount of the service fee for sending the statement by post in the form of a registered postal item in accordance with the price list of the OCMA is determined upon receipt of the request.
